We also collect the media files you upload for video generation, as well as usage data such as videos created, features used, and time spent on the platform.
We use your information to provide and improve the VidGen Pro Service, process payments, send transactional and promotional communications (with your consent), analyze usage patterns to enhance our AI models, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Media files you upload are stored securely and used solely to generate your videos. Generated videos are stored in your account and are accessible only to you. We do not use your uploaded media to train our AI models without your explicit consent. You can delete your media and videos at any time from your dashboard.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze Service usage. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Service functionality. We use analytics tools like Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns.
We share your data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate VidGen Pro (such as payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and analytics services), and only to the extent required to perform their services.
