By accessing or using VidGen Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
VidGen Pro is an AI-powered promotional video generation platform that allows users to upload media files and generate professional videos. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
You must create an account to use most features of VidGen Pro. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree not to use the Service to upload, generate, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Service to infringe upon any intellectual property rights, or to generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
You retain full ownership of the media files you upload. Videos generated from your own media are yours to use commercially. VidGen Pro retains ownership of its platform, AI models, and technology. By uploading content, you grant VidGen Pro a limited license to process your media solely for the purpose of generating your videos.
VidGen Pro offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidGen Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
